Need to relax? Read my 'Mindfulness for Gardeners' article on the Richard Jackson Garden website. I featured in his weekly e-newsletter top tip number three!

Gardens and nature have helped many of us cope unprecedented times, keeping body and mind balanced, so as we emerge from our chrysalises we need time to take stock, adjust and heal. Embrace some mindful activities to relax and lose yourself in the garden.

Pick flowers, study nature, listen to birdsong, sketch and stretch. There are many ways to unwind. So why not take some time out to stop, relax and contemplate but most of all, just be mindful and in the moment.
